Cancer Fit, Inc. is an Exercise and Wellness for Adult & Childhood Cancer Survivors
Cancer Fit, Inc.
Cancer Fit, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering FREE exercise and wellness programs serving adult and childhood cancer survivors in Southern California. The mission of Cancer Fit, Inc. is to improve the quality of life for adult and child cancer survivors through:
- Exercise and Wellness Coaching
- Exercise and Wellness Education
- Exercise and Wellness Advocacy & Awareness
- Cancer Survivor Active Lifestyle Promotion
Cancer Fit’s programs have served over 100 adult and child cancer survivors in it’s first year. The goal is to double this number in the second year while adding new specialized programs in treatment areas such as chemo brain and foot neuropathy.
We are very excited to offer our programs and our hope is to help other families impacted by cancer. However, during the first year and half, Robb & Elle Bolton have fully founded all programs with their own personal savings. At this time, their financial circumstances have changed and they can no longer fund these programs on their own. For every additional $500 raised, the program will scholarship a childhood cancer survivor for 3 months of training to help get them back on track to playing and living a normal childhood.
